Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original, unworn condition and signature packaging to be eligible for processing.

Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded pouch and box, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your generated shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized postal location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Credit
Once our studio receives your return, our team will inspect the items and issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
